This rectangular Limoges box is shaped to imitate a horse stable. The artist has taken great care to integrate all the articles connected with horses and stables in his art. The two horses’ head seen above the stable door are very credible. The cart wheel kept against the stable wall, the horse shoes and rope on the wall – all complement the theme. A removable horse figure also comes with the box. All together it forms a good décor item worthy of being a gift to a dear one. The box opens below the roof of the stable. The designed rims of the box are fastened with a horse shoe–shaped clasp.
