A hand-painted kangaroo Limoges trinket box that hops straight into the heart. This Rochard porcelain miniature captures Australia's beloved marsupial mid-pose, its form and shading painted entirely by hand in fine French porcelain. The hinged lid opens to the signature hidden surprise. Bearing the "Peint Main Limoges France" mark with artist initials, it comes in the green-and-gold gift box with certificate of authenticity. A wonderful French gift for travelers, Australia enthusiasts, and collectors of international animal porcelain.
